Before Anna joined The Plan Be, she had felt confused and overwhelmed by the number of all unsuccessful methods and trials she had done in the past. She was full of self-doubt, questioning everything which led her to procrastinate in the end.

Since I started working with Artur Kups I have finally understood what I was doing wrong, he not only introduced me to view food as source of nutrients and not emotional comfort but also explained the difference between healthy food and eating for weight lose. I listen , follow and execute his advise and weeks later it pay off - I was lighter by 20kg , exceeding even my own expectation. I finally come back to weight before I had my 3 kids and I felt great. Now I know how to maintain my weight without the need to exercise, only by being selective with food. I cannot thank him enough for his patient to answers all my questions and the impact he made on our family. 

Meet Chris - London

Chris was in a very dark place in his life, struggling with obesity and going through a divorce. He was very unhappy and stressed.

But after just 6 months of enrolling and following The Plan Be, he has accomplished a healthy mindset, transformed his body by losing 4 stones of body fat and became a confident and happy person again. Hear what Chris has got to say...

Meet Lucja - London

Lucja was determined to turn her health around and win her battle against Type 2 diabetes. She was well aware of all the complications associated with her condition and her aim was to prevent it from happening. But she was very confused and overwhelmed by the amount of information on the internet and she didn't know where to begin.

9 months later...

I am so greaftul I met Mr. Kups on my path, I have now lost weight and manage my type 2 diabetes without medication, just with nutrition! Thanks to The Plan Be I' am well aware how nutrition impact and influence my health. His combination of diet, coaching method and guidance made me confident and ready to achieve my success.

I came into the gym to lose weight and tone up. I always had the impression that Personal trainers' critical role was in the gym. You get the gym work right, and your body will look good. That was a big myth that Artur helped to dispel pretty quickly when I started. 80% of the work I had to do was outside of the gym. Artur put in place an easy to follow plan and kept monitoring my progress day by day and week by week.   

 

As a trainer, Artur's focus is long term change and benefit for his clients. One of the things he consistently focuses on is making changes that last. Results came quickly, and I have found the habits built have stuck with me over for the long term, bringing with it a healthier body and mind. Thank you Artur!

Before I met Artur my only experience from the gym were years of effort without seeing any effect on my body. I've seen PT's charging people money for running on a treadmill for half an hour or making people hate the training from different reasons. Artur was different. He explained to me not only everything about correct training but also all diet mistakes that most people do.

 

Just a few weeks later not making much effort and with just small diet adjustments I've noticed a massive difference not only in my body shape but also the effect on my everyday life. By eating as much enjoyable food I was loosing fat and gaining much needed life energy. In a very short time I could not recognise myself in the mirror and I finally started taking selfies. The impact that only about 18 months of training done to my body you can still see now 3 years later. I must admit Artur changed my life and I will always be grateful. Thank you Artur
